He spokes the social welfare schemes of the Government and social protection is very much requires for workers further in his speech he narrated many rights

2. Right to decent working condition and working environment that do not threaten the life of the worker.
3. Right to the protection of one own personality in the work place.
4. Right to rest.
5. Right of assembly and association.
6. Right to social benefit
7. Right to collective bargaining and to strike
8. Right to participate in the ownership of the company

In his address He said that those days many Foreigners were want to come to India because by Agriculture the India is very rich. But now a day’s Agriculture formers are in very bad situation and day by day the social protections is going down and down due to this the formers doing suicide and the commodity rates are going very high hence running family is very difficult. Further he presented the many messages through Power Point Presentation. Stated that Low wages, hard work from early morning to late night, exploitation of inter mediators’ and Landlord lack of good awareness, Deficiency Disease, lack of nutrition food, seasonal job, natural calamities, flood and famine.

In Continuation of Mr.Jesuraj presentation Mr Rajamani more added the SEE – JUDGE – ACT methodology through 7 leaders from 7 Diocese and organized a model meeting. In this Meeting the have presented the approved previous minutes, Accounts, then agenda have been reviewed and taken the follow up action further in this meeting, they have selected one problem ( Death accident by follow in a road side banner) from many problems. Analyzed this incidents through SEE- JUGDE – ACT and Selected the action for the future and how to take precautionary measures to avoid this type of accidents / Death.
He also mentioned that we need to judge if Jesus would do. Let us not be partial in our judgments’ and actions i.e., being lay apostles and our target is to build the kingdom of God in the earth We are trusted and chosen and We need to witnesses to Jesus.
